Jordan Esfeld, MS, LPC, NCC
Having worked in behavioral health for over a decade, Jordan draws from diverse clinical experience to make her clients feels seen, understood, and empowered through self-discovery. She utilizes a strength-based and wholeness philosophy that cultivates courage to self-examine.
Jordan offers shorter term solution-focused or longer term insight-focused counseling couched in an intersectional lens and a relational psychodynamic approach. Her special interest is in working with couples to facilitate deeper intimacy through turbulent times and she also specializes in early recovery from substance abuse and eating disorders, relationship and self-esteem issues, and feelings of depression or general lack of fulfillment. She offers in-person and virtual sessions and a sliding scale fee structure for couples and individuals seeking counseling.
